North Valley Physical Therapy is glad to work with your insurance. As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit a claim to your health insurance company at no additional charge.  A staff member will contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits at the time of your first appointment.

Your responsibility will be determined when benefits are quoted to our office. Our office is also happy to accept self pay patients who do not carry health insurance coverage. Please contact our office directly for rates and payment procedures. For your convenience, our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Care Credit.
